Teller Supervisor
This position reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the cash room and supervision of all tellers. Duties include but are not limited to assigning duties & work schedules to cash room employees to ensure efficient function of the department. Coaches & develops tellers to exceed performance standards. Trains park personnel on cash control policies & procedures. Also is responsible for preparing various revenue reports, audits, maintaining accurate records and ordering supplies.
Job Requirements: Job related experience, good interpersonal & supervisory skills. Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, punctuality and attitude. Good availability, good judgment, attention to detail and accuracy. Cash handling and Excel experience a must. Must be 18 years old.

Admissions/Food Service Cashier
Admissions cashiers are responsible for handling all transactions at the main gate or in the food & beverage department. Employees must be knowledgeable of the park and be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members. You must also maintain clean workstations, tolerate working outdoors and have reliable transportation. Above all, you should be friendly and professional at all times. Cashiers may be required to work in multiple locations throughout the park.

Guest Services
Guest services employees are responsible for all reservations, selling season passes as well as handling guess comments and other guest related situations. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members and be knowledgeable of the park. You must also maintain clean workstations, be able to tolerate working outdoors and have reliable transportation. Above all, you should be friendly and professional at all times.

LIFEGUARD:
If you like sun, sun and more sun in addition to continuous training and the responsibility for thousands of lives, you can join our award winning lifeguard staff! Lifeguards are responsible first and foremost for the safety of guests visiting the Water Park. Prevention is the key to safety, and lifeguards provide a safe environment by enforcing general park and safety rules.
Candidates must be 16 years or older to apply. Lifeguards work in the sun and shade, both in and out of the water, exceeding the highest standards of safety. Being water orientated and a good swimmer are required, in addition to the ability to stand for long periods of time with exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures. Lifeguards interact with guests on a daily basis and must uphold a high level of customer satisfaction. You must also maintain clean workstations and have reliable transportation.
Big Kahuna’s is proud to offer the Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program. Applicants must successfully complete the Lifeguard Training Program before becoming a lifeguard at Big Kahuna’s. No experience necessary. However, lifeguard candidates will be required to pay a small fee for the instructional handbook.

Retail

Teller
Teller responsibilities include verifying receipts, counting, balancing & auditing cashier tills and maintaining accurate records. Requirements:
mathematical skills, organizational skills, attention to details, minor lifting, good availability, and cash handling experience. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members and be knowledgeable of the park. You must also maintain clean workstations, be able to tolerate working outdoors and have reliable transportation. Above all, you should be friendly and professional at all times.

Thrill Ride Attendant
Attendants are responsible for providing instruction to guests and ensuring guests safety on our three adrenaline-rushing thrill rides. Attendants must be able to operate heavy attraction equipment and lift a weight of no less than 50 pounds. Social skills are always a plus when it comes to enforcing general park and safety rules. An attendant's primary responsibility is to prevent accidents and provide a professional standard of care. No experience is required, but attendants must obtain 8 hours of training on each thrill ride. Employees must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members, maintain clean workstations, tolerate working outdoors and have reliable transportation. Above all, you should be friendly and professional at all times.

Go-Kart Attendant
