Thrill Ride Attendants:
Responsible for providing instruction to guests and ensuring guests safety on our three adrenaline-rushed thrill rides, attendants must be able to operate heavy attraction equipment, a weight of no less than 50 pounds. Social skills are always a plus when it comes to enforcing general park and safety rules. Attendants? primary responsibility is to prevent accidents and provide a professional standard of care. Must be 18 years of age. No experience is required, but attendants must obtain 8 hours of training on each thrill ride.

Park Services: There is more to life than the glamour of greeting and our park service staff members appreciate a clean deck and pool area. Staff members are responsible for cleaning the kitchen areas, washing down and cleaning the restrooms and picking up debris around the park. Applicants must be 16 years of age, no experience is required.

Maintenance: Who says no one enjoys hard work these days? The maintenance staff at Big Kahuna?s are responsible for working with carpentry and hand tools. Plumbing, electrical, painting, stucco and concrete work are included for 18 years of age and older. Applicants must have previous experience in construction.

Cashiers: Must be 16 years of age - Smile and be friendly at all times. Ensure the safety of all guests. Be able to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors. Must be knowledgable of the park. Reliable transportation. Be able to, or learn to operate cash registers. Able to process cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of workstations. Tolerate extreme weather conditions. Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Landscapers: It takes more than a green thumb to work outdoors with plants, landscaping, irrigation systems and fertilizer. It takes dedication and love of the great outdoors! Landscapers work with various lawn equipment and hand tools while maintaining a safe work environment. Applicants must be age 16 years of age.

Lifeguards:
If you like sun, sun and more sun in addition to continual training and the responsibility for thousands of lives this is a job designed just for you! Lifeguards are responsible first and foremost for the safety of guests visiting the Water Park. Prevention is the key to safety, and lifeguards provide a safe environment by enforcing general Park and safety rules. In addition to becoming Ellis and Associates certified, lifeguards undergo eight hours of in-service training each month to maintain certification. Being water orientated and a good swimmer are required, in addition to the ability to stand for long periods of time with exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Food Service: The glamour of this job is being a walking book of information about the Water and Adventure Park. Food service staff members must be knowledgeable of the Park in order to answer guests? questions. Of course food services deals with food and staff members in this department are responsible for taking correct orders, preparing food, stocking kitchen supplies and cleaning and maintaining the condiment and food service area.
